Your Privacy Matters

We take privacy seriously and work to give you clear choices about your information. This page explains the privacy features available to you, where to manage your settings, and how to request help with your data.

Privacy Mode

Your profile includes a Privacy Mode toggle. When turned on, your username is blurred on public-facing pages, adding an extra layer of anonymity. You can enable or disable Privacy Mode at any time from your profile settings.

Contact Information

Your contact details (phone, email, address) are private by default. Other members must send you a contact request to see them, and you choose whether to accept or reject each request. This gives you full control over who can reach you outside the platform.

Data Requests

You can request a copy of your personal data at any time. Go to your account settings to start a data export request. If you need help, contact our support team.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from your account settings. This starts the process of removing your account and associated data. If you don't see the option, contact support and we'll help.

Cookie Consent

When you first visit the platform, you're asked about cookie preferences. You can update your consent choices at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Transparency and Control

We aim to be clear about what we collect and why. You can review your account details at any time, and you're always welcome to ask for help with export or deletion requests.
