Subscription Plans

Every community starts on the Free plan with the core features you need to get going. As your community grows, you can upgrade to Pro or Unlimited for higher limits and additional features. This guide explains how plans work and how to manage your subscription.

  • Free — best for small communities getting started
  • Pro — higher limits and access to additional features
  • Unlimited — the highest limits for large or very active communities

Billing

  • Payments are processed securely by a payment provider
  • Prices and currency are shown during checkout
  • Monthly or yearly billing may be available depending on your plan

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to your community's Subscriptions page (available in the side menu).
  2. Review the options and select the plan you want.
  3. Click Upgrade and complete the checkout.
  4. You'll be redirected back to the app with a confirmation.

Your new limits take effect after checkout.

How to Downgrade or Cancel

  1. Go to your community's Subscriptions page.
  2. Choose Downgrade or Cancel next to your current plan.
  3. Confirm the change.

You'll see when the change will take effect on the confirmation screen.

What Happens to Existing Content?

Existing content stays visible. If your new plan has lower limits, you may need to reduce content before adding more of that type.

Who Can Manage Subscriptions?

Only community owners and members with the right permissions can view and manage subscriptions.

Q: Do I need a paid plan to create a community? A: No. Creating a community is free, and the Free plan includes core features.

Q: Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing? A: If yearly billing is available, you can change it from the Subscriptions page.

Q: What happens if I exceed a limit on my plan? A: You'll be able to keep existing content, but you may not be able to add more until you're under the limit.

Q: Is there a free trial or refund policy? A: Any trial or refund details are shown on the Subscriptions page and during checkout.

Q: Are subscriptions per community or per account? A: Subscriptions are managed per community. If you manage multiple communities, you can view each one separately in its Subscriptions page.

Q: What if my payment fails? A: We'll notify you and provide steps to update your payment method.
